Dear Maureen and Paul , I was wondering if I could come over some time and see your nice garden. I was the head gardener at Canning College ,but I had to give up the job as I have severe arthritis and cannot bend or lift. I suffer a lot of pain and I am now retired..All the very best to everyone.

Our garden is different from many that people will have seen before. We glean ideas from the gardens that we see throughout the world. We hope that our garden visitors will collect some ideas from us as well and adapt them to their own gardens. As our garden (although 1/3 acre) is larger than many, it is also a series of small gardens, so lots of ideas.

Hi there, I have a 3 year old lemon tree which has started to become infected by those pesky gall wasps. I just wanted some advice as to when is the best time remove the lumps – is it better to wait until a certain time of the year or do it straight away?!?!?

This place does a great pasta. Lots of flavours. Also lots of kids – almost too many ! Love the tomato trellis – very good engineering !
