Do you remember those lollies called “spearmint leaves” that you used to eat as a child? This drink tastes strongly of spearmint, without the sugary sweetness. It is extremely refreshing when mixed with soda water. Add it to fresh cream with ice and mix in a blender for a delicious cocktail. Put a little into your champagne on St. Patrick’s Day. (If they can have green beer, why not green champagne!) Mint Julep is based on the old southern drink of the same name.
A delicious blend of spearmint and lemon, our Mint Julep cordial follows an old Southern recipe. It’s a thirst quenching drink that has been around since the American Revolution War. Brewed with pure Alpine Spring Water, these syrups are easily enjoyed with still or soda water or as the star ingredient in your amazing cocktail or cooking creations.
