Hosta Blue Mouse Ears 14cm pot
Hosta Blue Mouse Ears is a low-growing herbaceous perennial which is ideal as a filler plant in garden beds or planted in pots. From Summer through to late Autumn, soft lavender-white bell-like blooms on tall stems appear. By removing old flower heads throughout the peak flowering season can encourage more buds to and emerge. The foliage is a lush grey-blue colour. This is a lovely contrast plant to have in the garden. Fertiliser throughout the peak growing seasons with preferred fertiliser. Hosta Golden Tiara has low water requirements once established.

Planting Tips:
Make sure to prepare the soil prior to planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to conditions and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend with pre-existing soil, mixing together thoroughly. Once the soil has been prepare, dig a hole which is wider, but not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gasp with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.
If planting into a pot make sure that the container chosen is large enough for the plant being planted. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix as this has all the added fertilisers and wetting agents required for having a healthy plant.
