The Enviro Herbs all come in a biodegradable enviro pot which composts over time. With a variety of herbs available to choose from, you can do you part to help maintain the environment and bring some fresh herbs into your garden. The pot is made from Miscanthus Grass and Vegetable Gums, so simply plant the herb with it’s pot into the soil and it will break down over time. This is a great way to start off a garden and all of the herbs are simple and easy to take care of.

Planting Tips:
Make sure to prepare the soil prior to planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to conditions and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend with pre-existing soil, mixing together thoroughly. Once the soil has been prepared, dig a hole which is wider, but not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gaps with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.
If planting into a pot make sure that the container chosen is large enough for the plant being planted. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix as this has all the added fertilisers and wetting agents required for having a healthy plant.
