Provides a mild, characteristic garlic taste. Excellent with fish, poultry, eggs and in savoury sauces. When using in cooked food, add during last 5 to 10 minutes to retain flavour.

Sow

Direct sow where they are to grow – or grow in seed raising mix in small pots or punnets. Keep moist.

Once Growing

Add all purpose fertiliser for best results. Ideal for pots. Continuous harvest will promote new growth.
