BEYOND BLUE
Three million Australians are living with anxiety or depression.
When someone you you care about doesn’t seem themselves, just having a cup of tea and a chat with them can really help.
Nurseries all around Australia are making this happen. with events planned for the whole weekend. Gold coin donations will see money raised for Beyond Blue so they can keep giving advice and support for anxiety and depression.
It is becoming more evident that nature plays a big part in a person’s well being. Children are also enriched by playing in such an interactive environment. More information can be downloaded as a PDF here.
