Plum Prune Robe de Sergeant Dwarf – Freshly Potted*
An upright deciduous fruiting tree that requires pollination for fruit development. Prune Robe de Sergeant produces long stems with elliptic deep green leaves, which change colour in Autumn. It will require annual pruning once the foliage has dropped in Winter. This will encourage a stronger branching framework, airflow through the canopy and better fruit quality. Produces medium-sized long oval fruit with dark red to purple skin. The flesh is a green-yellow colour, very juicy and sweet in flavour with a freestone. Ideal for eating fresh, drying, jams or preserving. Grows best in humus-rich soil, which is well-draining.
