Semi-Dwarf Avocado – Lamb Hass

A Semi- dwarf ‘A’ Type Avocado with medium to large oval shaped fruit featuring dark purple skin when ripe. A late maturing variety with a semi upright habit. Fruit has delicious tasting flesh and is great to enjoy raw once ripened!

Water regularly until well established. They should be given a deep soaking in hot and dry conditions. Fertilise regularly in the growing season. Ensure soil is well draining and apply 100-150mm of mulch cover under the tree.

Avocados fall under the pollination classification of an ‘A’ or ‘B’ Type. ‘A’ Type avocado’s are predominately self pollinating, however ‘B’ Type avocado’s require an ‘A’ Type for pollination.
