Handy Growing Tips:
If you have heating units or air-conditioners, it is best to avoid placing plants underneath or next to them. This is because the air blowing out from these units can be very hot and dry, leaving a healthy plant burnt, damaged, and stressed.

How to use plants in a living space:
Using plants with fun decorative foliage is one of the fastest ways to add some interest to home design. The same thing can be said for the pot they are going to live in. Choosing a fun coloured pot paired with a predominantly green plant can add that splash of colour or texture to a room. Also, think about the textures of the plant’s foliage. A plant with soft fern-like foliage will help to soften a space, whereas one with more robust, stiff foliage can add structure and height.

Planting Tips:
When growing plants in pots, make sure the container selected is large enough to accommodate the plant’s roots, which is going to be planted. Never pot a plant into a container that is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix and add a few handfuls of vermiculite, thus creating the perfect soil medium for tropical plants. Almost all indoor plants require well-draining soil, especially during cooler weather, and growing in soil that helps keep their roots moist during summer.
