‘Jungle Warrior’ is a slow-growing, low maintenance, upright clumping plant. This form of ‘Zanzibar Gem’ (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) has glossy, oval leaves all year round. New growth is a striking, glossy, light green colour before maturing to deep black. ‘Jungle Warrior’ has very low water requirements. Avoid overwatering in cooler weather. Check the soil before watering, allowing it to dry out completely in between drinks. A ZZ plant prefers a well-lit room (but not against a window, or the foliage will scorch), and it can tolerate low levels of light quite well. Use cacti and succulent potting mix.
