Rose ‘Burgundy Iceberg’ – 20cm Pot
Burgundy Iceberg is a Floribunda rose with an upright, neat growth habit. The foliage is a rich green which drops in the Winter. Small-sized, plum-burgundy flowers appear in clusters, blooms are great for floral arrangements. Best used in English garden designs, cottage gardens or in pots. Roses require moderate watering, especially during hot weather. Applying a layer of mulch around the base of the plant will help to retain moisture during dry periods.

Make sure to prepare the soil prior to planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to condition and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend compost/manure with the pre-existing soil, mixing together thoroughly. Once the soil has been prepare, dig a hole which is wider, but not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gaps with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.
If planting into a pot, make sure the container selected is large enough for the plant which is going to be planted. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix as this has all the added fertilisers and wetting agents required for having a healthy plant.
