Rose ‘Lorraine Lee’ Climbing Rose – 20cm Pot
Lorraine Lee climbing rose has been bred by the famous Australian rose breeder, Alistair Clark. This is a beautiful vigorous climbing rose which has deep rich green leaves which drop in the Winter. From Spring, highly fragrant flowers appear in clusters along the stems. The flowers are medium-sized and double petaled, with a pink colour. Best used in English garden designs, cottage gardens or planted along a fence line. Lorraine Lee climbing roses require moderate watering, especially during hot weather. Planting Tips:
Make sure to prepare the soil prior to planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to condition and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend compost/manure with the pre-existing soil, mixing together thoroughly. Once the soil has been prepare, dig a hole which is wider, but not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gaps with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.
