Anemone Cottage Red is a variety that produces deep rich red flowers that are incredibly tough and easy to grow. They do very well in pots and look fantastic mass planted.

Planting Depth: 4 cm deep

Height: 30-40 cm

Blooming Time: Blooms in Spring, early Summer

Soil Position: Full sun.

Position: Prefers to be mass planted in a sunny position, in well drained soil. They are extremely hardy and can handle most conditions, but will benefit from protection from the wind.

Planting Time: Plant from March onwards.

Cultivation: To kick start the growing process, soak the bulbs in water for about 12 hours before planting. Overwatering will rot bulbs. Plant up to double the depth in warm climates.
