Snow Pea Climbing – Delicious

They produce a heavy crop of sweet flat peas that can be eaten pod and all. The pods are tender and may be sliced or eaten fresh while in the same way as French beans.

Like other peas they are susceptible to frost damage, particularly when in flower, so timing is most important.
