Mesembryanthemum Red – 14cm pot
Mesembryanthemum Red is a fast-growing, evergreen, groundcover. In Spring through Summer, large daisy-like, vibrant red flowers appear. Ideal for planting in small, narrow spaces or poor soil conditions. Mesembryanthemum Red can be used to plant up an assortment of containers for seasonal displays. Very low maintenance plant which has low very water requirements.

Planting Tips:
Make sure to prepare the soil before planting. Once the ground has been prepare, dig a hole which is wider, not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gaps with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.

The container selected needs to be large enough for the plant selected. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix as this has all the added fertilisers and wetting agents required for having a healthy plant.
