Hardy, versatile, slow growing, evergreen tree with ribbon-like foliage supported by a bulbous trunk. New growth is a reddish-maroon colour in summer and can be followed by creamy-white inflorescence as the plant gets older.

Height: 5-6m when fully grown.

Width: 1m when fully grown.

Positioning: Full sun or part shade.

Watering: Water very occasionally once established.

Soil: Prefers a well drained soil. Fertilise in spring and summer with a slow release general purpose fertiliser.
