This mix contains coir peat, sphagnum moss, perlite, trace elements and controlled-release fertiliser which will feed plants gradually over a 6 month period. The perlite allows the soil to breathe making a healthier soil environment for plants roots to establish. Whereas the coir peat is made from the outer husk of the coconut and is great for holding moisture. This indoor potting mixes has no pine, making the soil less prone to fungus gnat infestations.
