Pear ‘Packham’s Triumph’ – Freshly Potted*
A compact, upright dwarf deciduous fruiting tree which requires pollination for fruit development. Pear Packham’s Triumph produces long stems with elliptic deep green leaves which change colour in autumn. Will require annual pruning once the foliage has dropped in winter. This will encourage a stronger branching framework, airflow through the canopy and better fruit quality. Pear Packham’s Triumph produces medium to large oblong-ovate-pyriform fruit with pale lemon-yellow skin. The flesh is a white colour with a juicy, firm smooth texture. Ideal for eating fresh, cooking, drying or preserving. This is an ideal tree for smaller gardens, patios, apartments, food gardens or planted into a large pot. Pear Packham’s Triumph grows best in humus-rich soil which is well-draining.
