Acacia cognata ‘Waterfall’ Grafted Standard – 40cm pot

Acacia cognata ‘Waterfall’ as a grafted standard is an elegant, evergreen Acacia with lush lime green foliage and a weeping growth habit making it a great addition to the garden as a feature shrub. In Spring, foliage is decorated with soft-yellow ball-shaped flowers. Best used as a feature plant potted into a larger container or narrow garden spaces.

Planting Tips: 
When planting Australian natives, they don’t require too much work to settle—fertiliser Australian native plants in the prime growing seasons, Spring and early Autumn, for the best results. However, make sure to use the right food. Almost all natives dislike soils and food with high phosphorus levels. Therefore when fertilising these plants, make sure to use a fertiliser made especially for them with a phosphorus (P) level of 3% or less.

Suppose planting into a pot ensures that the container chosen is large enough for the plant being planted. Never pot a plant into a container that is too small. Make sure to use a premium quality Australian Native Potting Mix as this has the correct balance of wetting agents and nutrients required for having a healthy plant.
