How to use plants in a living space:
Using plants with fun decorative foliage is one of the fastest ways to add some interest to home design. Choosing a fun coloured pot is always lovely when paired with a green plant as this can add that splash of colour or texture to a room. Also, think about the textures of the plant’s foliage. A plant with soft fern-like foliage will help to soften a space, whereas one with more robust, stiff foliage can add structure and height.
Planting Tips:
Make sure the container selected is large enough for the plant. Never pot a plant into a container which is too small. Use a premium quality potting mix and add in a few handfuls of vermiculite, thus creating the perfect soil medium for tropical plants. Almost all indoor plant requires well-draining soil, especially during colder weather but also like to be growing in a soil which helps to keep their roots moist during summer. Depending on the plants chosen, the soil medium might vary, please do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure.
