Murraya koenigii are a small tree that features smooth, aromatic foliage that is famously used in Asian cuisine. As they originate in India and Sri Lanka, the Curry Tree requires a warm, sunny, sheltered position with regular watering in well drained soil or potting mix. If possible remove flowers after they fade to prevent seed production. Please note the seeds are harmful if eaten, just the leaves are edible.
