Dietes bicolor ‘Spanish Iris’ – 14cm pot
A hardy, fast-growing, upright, clumping, evergreen perennial with sword-shaped leaves. Dietes bicolor Spanish Iris produces creamy-white flowers with orange and black markings in Spring and Summer. Low maintenance and water requirements. Best used for mass plantings or in Waterwise garden designs.

Planting Tips:
Make sure to prepare the soil before planting. Mixing in a bag of well-aged animal manure or compost can help to conditions and revitalise tired soil. Make sure to blend with pre-existing ground, mixing thoroughly. Once the soil has been prepare, dig a hole which is wider, but not deeper, than what the original size of the pot the plant has come in. Position the plant in the hole and backfill any gaps with the excess soil. Give the plant a deep soaking of water to help settle the roots.
